Hillary Jackson

Yoga instructor specializing in Yin and Restorative Yoga I didn’t come to yoga in perfect health – I came to it because I was struggling. I was dealing with health problems that left me feeling disconnected from my body and overwhelmed mentally. But through consistent practice, I began to feel shifts – subtle at first, then transformative. Yoga helped me find calm in the chaos, and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t thought possible. That journey is what inspired me to teach. I knew I wasn’t alone in feeling lost or in pain, and I wanted to be the person who could hold space for others the way yoga held space for me.

Christie McDevitt

Licensed Zumba Instructor Hi! I’m Christie — a licensed Zumba instructor with 14+ years of experience. I love helping people have fun while getting a great workout! My classes are upbeat, welcoming, and easy to follow, no matter your experience level. Outside of Zumba, I’m big into animal rescue, married to my amazing husband of 23 years, and proud mom to two awesome daughters. Hope to see you on the dance floor soon.

Kylie Diles

Group Fitness Instructor Hi, I’m Kylie. I teach Chair Flow Yoga, Balance and Strength, Total Body and several other classes. I’ve always found real joy in movement – whether I am leading a group workout, hiking outside, or chasing after my daughter. I’m passionate about helping others discover how great they can feel through fitness. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll probably find me soaking up the outdoors or exploring Fort Worth with my family. I love a good challenge and am always working towards the best version of myself.

Certified Yoga Instructor Rachel is a certified yoga instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience. Her Vinyasa based classes include connecting breath & movement in creative flows and intentional peak poses. Through Yoga, students can increase flexibility, strengthen and balance the mind connection, as well as relieve stress.

Zumba Instructor I used to be the person that would cringe at the mention of Zumba simply because I didn’t think it would be a good workout. I was definitely wrong and because of this misconception is why I chose to become an instructor. I enjoy giving my students a great workout as well as introducing them to a fun way of working out.

Just what I needed! So excited to be at a clean gym, with updated equipment! Staff is always friendly and I appreciate the effort they put in to recognize you and check you in. I have met the owners and they are very present and involved. I was looking for both a good gym and group fitness classes so I was happy to see their calendar of classes. I have taken and enjoyed the Tabata, Barre and Mixed fit.

Excellent gym. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed like family by the sweet owner & staff. The facility is very clean and well thought out. I joined their Zumba class and it was so fun and energetic! Highly recommend!

Finally got the opportunity to visit this new gym. The gentleman who greeted me when I walked in was very nice & knowledgeable about the gym, even though he just started there a mth ago. I like how he highlighted that the company was veteran owned & operated. The gym looked like it had a fresh paint job, looked very nice. The bathrooms were very clean, well kept, & smelled great. The gym equipment was well spaced out for the amount of room available. They have every piece of equipment you would need for a small gym. The weights were picked up & the equipment looked very clean. The gentleman also offered me a free two day pass to try out the gym, really appreciated this. Nice gym! I'll have to ask about the rates if I'm able to return.
