I was dealing with health problems that left me feeling disconnected from my body and overwhelmed mentally. But through consistent practice, I began to feel shifts – subtle at first, then transformative. Yoga helped me find calm in the chaos, and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t thought possible. That journey is what inspired me to teach. I knew I wasn’t alone in feeling lost or in pain, and I wanted to be the person who could hold space for others the way yoga held space for me.
